Who am I? - Shea Heer – Sales Development Trainer, founder of ‘wise me up’ - (ISMM, CIPD)

I started my sales career over 15 years ago as a door to door sales executive for what was then known as Telewest Communications, (Virgin Media) and gained immediate success, which led to my being asked to join the training team. It was here that I gained most of my training qualifications and extended passion for sales. Whilst with Telewest I helped shape and then managed The National Sales Induction program, and developed Advanced Sales Training Interventions.

Since then I have developed my sales career and gained further experience in, b2b sales, Telephone sales training, Customer Service training, Retail Sales Training. I have travelled internationally, to develop call centre sales managers in leadership skills, and designed and delivered Train the Trainer events for The Caudwell Group (Phones4U). Most recently I headed sales training for the National Showroom Selling Team at B&Q. Here I designed and developed a national sales training plan, with a cost effective strategy to deliver selling skills and leadership skills programs to 13 Divisional sales managers and over 600 design consultants based across the UK and Ireland. I was also responsible for designing and delivering the B&Q Sales model used today across the 350 Stores.

AMANDA  has experience of working both within the public and private sector, in business which have always had a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.  As a training professional her expertise is in developing individuals to achieve results and she supports many business owners, directors and leaders who need to deliver strong leadership, drive change, communicate and influence with impact and improve their personal effectiveness in order to achieve results and create a sustainable business for the future.  Amanda works as an external consultant with an internal focus and can also develop a training strategy and work with internal training resources to deliver results.  One of the tools which Amanda uses to support her training and coaching approach is the Strength Deployment Inventory  which can be used for 360 degree feedback, understanding your leadership style, recognising what motivates employees, , developing team dynamics, meeting customer expectations, reducing conflict and to identify and how to adapt behaviour to improve results

 Jeremy believes a key factor in his success as a business coach and trainer is that, with thirty years in business, he can situate what he does in the client’s experience. He always places emotional intelligence issues in a business context making his work practical rather than academic.
He is accredited by Psychology of Vision to deliver the Fundamentals of success programme. He has completed the PoV Steps to leadership programme and one hundred days of PoV workshops.

Kay has thirty years’ business experience, working mainly in IT and marketing, in a variety of roles including business analysis and project management.
She is also a trained life coach who has a powerful, intuitive approach to working with people that enables them to grow and develop. Having experienced challenging environments and witnessed the stresses and strains these can induce, she has a strong interest in maximising people’s personal effectiveness at work and their ability to create a good balance between their working and personal life.
